Individual Counseling Sessions with Jordan

We believe that you each have a unique path to health. Because we develop a personalized plan with every client, we ask that you partner together with us over a series of visits rather than isolated conversations. This way, we can create the best path for you and then evaluate and adjust until we discover a way of living and eating that is sustainable and life-giving. During our partnership, we will provide food, movement, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations, communication between visits, and tools and resources to support you along the journey.

Initial Consultation | 80-90 minute session

  • The initial consultation is designed to gain a thorough understanding of your goals, your health history, your preferences and lifestyle, your gifts, and your personality, and uncover any underlying health conditions.

  • In this first visit, we will spend time getting to know you and will gather information related to your present challenges, opportunities, and health issues. We will explore diet, nutritional review, work/home environment, time management, self-care, exercise, relationships, lifestyles, and the way that you work and reach goals.

  • Then together, we will create an individualized plan for you and your family. You will leave with a personalized plan including food, lifestyle, movement and supplement recommendations, resources and tools to support you, and a way to evaluate your progress.

Follow-up Consultation | 50 minute session

  • The follow-up consultation is used to assess how our designed plan is working, monitor changes to your health, make appropriate tweaks and adjustments to your plan, and ensure the focus and changes continue to restore your health.

  • These sessions are designed to give you tools and resources that you can use beyond our time together.

  • Each session includes evaluation of progress, review and revision of goals, applicable resources and handouts, meal planning support, and personalized food, lifestyle, movement and supplement recommendations.
