FAQs About The Vital Shift Program:

Can I use insurance to cover the payments? While we cannot accept insurance for all of the costs, we do bill to providers that we are in network with (Aetna, BCBS, United, Cigna) for part of the program costs, which can take up to $150 off your monthly fee.

Can I do this program if I am on HRT or GLP-1 medication ? Absolutely. This program is designed for women in all phases of perimenopause and can be an incredibly helpful tool if you are already on HRT or GLP-1 prescriptions.

How much time do i need to commit ? We find that most of our participants report spending about 1-2 hours/week on the content over the first few months and then less as time goes on.

Do you offer refunds? We offer a 20 day/no questions asked refund if you feel like the program is not for you after signing up, minus the cost of any used 1:1 sessions or fees.

Is this program for me if I have already worked with Katherine or another RD? Absolutely. Many women learn more than what they might have covered in sessions, get a lot of value from the personalized portal, appreciate the group dynamic, and enjoy having videos and educational content that they can reference over and over.

Is this program for veg/vegans? Yes! I share information for a variety of diets throughout the program and provide vegetarian/vegan resources, meal recommendations, and more.

Will this program help me lose weight ? My goal with this program is to help teach you how to fuel and nourish yourself so that you will feel your best and can truly thrive. For most of you, the content, support, and strategies in this program will help you improve blood sugar balance, optimize metabolism and lose fat. Fat loss is a common goal and success story among program participants.

What if i already know what to eat ? This program is for you! This program was designed to help you both figure out what foods are most nourishing for you AND how to actually create a plan that you can and will follow through on.

What does continued support look like? Katherine has created a continuation plan after graduation from the 5 or 7 month programs that would allow you to stay support, directly connect with her, and continue to keep learning.
